Responsibilities
  • Operate a variety of industrial equipment
  • Complete training programs to gain technical proficiency
  • Obtain knowledge of raw materials, production processes, quality control, and other techniques for improving the effective manufacture of goods
  • Maintain work areas and equipment to keep them clean of debris and products in compliance with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices)
  • Stack or unload finished items or raw materials
  • Monitor indicators to make sure equipment is working properly
  • Receive cross-training as needed in other areas
  • Communicate respectfully and professionally while building and sustaining positive, collaborative relationships that strengthen team dynamics
  • Model safe behaviors at all times and actively participate in safety improvement activities
  • Maintain equipment associated with the production, packaging and distribution of Kimberly-Clark products through preventative, predictive and corrective maintenance work
Qualifications
  • 18 years or older and authorized to work in the United States
  • Have a state and/or US Department of Education accredited high school diploma, GED, or Grade 12 certificate
  • 1+ years of continuous work experience
  • Have basic computer knowledge, mechanical aptitude and good math skills
  • Able to maintain a work schedule of 12-hour rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, holidays and overtime
  • Can pass a pre-employment assessment and a pre-employment drug and background screening
  • Can pass post-offer / pre-hire Physical Abilities Test (PAT)
  • Understand and follow safety requirements
Preferred Qualifications
  • One year manufacturing/industrial experience or equivalent military education/training
  • Forklift experience

Salary & Working Hours

Starting Hourly Wage: $19.45 USD. This position is eligible for the starting wage listed above, overtime pay and available pay increases within your first year. You’ll also enjoy a full benefits package, including our 401(k) and Profit-Sharing plan. This role is eligible for overtime pay and pay increases within the first year of employment.
