A leading precision machining manufacturer is seeking an experienced CNC Programmer to join our growing team. This position plays a key role in programming and supporting the production of complex aerospace and high-precision components within a modern, technology-driven facility.

Job Details

Create, edit, and optimize CNC programs for 3-, 4-, and 5-axis machining centers using Mastercam (some legacy programs and limited NX).
Review CAD models and engineering drawings to ensure dimensional accuracy and manufacturability.
Select appropriate tooling, cutting speeds, and feeds for various materials including aluminum, titanium, and stainless steel.
Collaborate with machinists, engineers, and quality personnel to ensure efficient and repeatable production processes.
Troubleshoot machining and programming issues to improve process efficiency and part quality.
Maintain documentation and revision control within the MRP system.
