Production Team Member Main Function
The main function of this position is to efficiently produce high quality decorated apparel and promotional products while maintaining production speed, quality, accuracy, and workflow standards.
Responsibilities- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Successfully complete daily equipment and workstation care tasks
- Maintain efficient work habits and production flow
- Follow all Print Works production processes and procedures
- Operate production equipment safely and accurately
- Complete required paperwork and production signoffs
- Perform quality checks to ensure accuracy, consistency, and workmanship
- Monitor product quality throughout the production process
- Assist with setup, production, breakdown, and cleanup of jobs
- Communicate production issues, material shortages, or quality concerns to Leadership
- Support team production goals and department efficiency
- Follow all safety guidelines and company policies
- Perform other tasks assigned by the Leadership Team
Monday through Friday
11pm - 7am
Position Traits- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast paced production environment
- Ability to multitask and stay organized
- Dependable with strong work habits
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Team oriented mindset
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
- Production or manufacturing experience preferred, but not required
