Travel RN - Operating Room

American Traveler is hiring a travel RN for an Operating Room position at a Level 3 Trauma, 154-bed hospital in Paris, TX, requiring a minimum of 2 years of OR experience and AHA certifications.

• Active TX RN license or a Compact RN license valid in Texas
• Minimum 2 years of OR/surgical nursing experience
• AHA certifications required prior to start
• SSN and date of birth required for consideration
• Candidates must reside 60 or more miles from the facility to qualify for the travel rate

• Operating Room (OR) department at a 154-bed acute care hospital
• Level 3 Trauma designation; also features a Level 1 NICU, Joint Commission Accredited Chest Pain Center with Primary PCI, Advanced Primary Stroke Care Center, and top 5% national orthopedic outcomes
• Serves both Northeast TX and Southeast OK as the most complex hospital within a 70-mile radius
• Day shift: 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM
• Every other weekend required
• 13-week contract
• Orientation is held weekly on Mondays
• Candidates who have worked permanent staff at any LifePoint facility within the last 12 months are not eligible
• Cannot be employed full-time elsewhere during the assignment
• Hospital is located approximately 110 miles northeast of Dallas near the Texas-Oklahoma border
