How You'll ContributeYou will utilize your specialized plan‑of‑care interventions and serve as a patient‑care innovator, shaping exceptional patient journeys and leveraging technology to impact patient wellbeing.
Essential Functions- Perform plan of care interventions, including medication administration, specimen collection, and clinical treatments.
- Document patient care and monitor patient condition, communicating with care team, physician, patient, and family.
- Assist patients with activities of daily living, including hygiene, elimination, nutrition, and ambulation.
- Coordinate patient care across disciplines, including transfers, discharges, referrals, and support needs.
- Provide patient and family education appropriate to age, culture, and circumstances.
- Advocate for the physical and emotional well‑being of patients.
- Participate in performance improvement and continuing education.
- Maintain regular and reliable attendance.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Applicants should have a current state RN license and possess an associate’s degree from an accredited nursing school. Additional requirements include:
- Basic Life Support certification required within 30 days of hire.
- ACLS and PALS required within six months of hire.
- One year of experience preferred.
- ASLS certification preferred.
