Experienced Quality Control Manager

Location: Vernon, TX

Payrate: $40-$45 per hour + $150 per diem (pay is negotiable based on experience)

Job Summary: The Quality Control Manager will co-manage daily Quality Control activities, conduct Quality Control meetings, perform inspections, review submittals, ensure testing is performed, and prepare all Quality Control certifications and documentation required.

• Develop and administer the Quality Control Plan for the project
• Certify that all submittals are in compliance with contract requirements
• Review plans and specifications to ensure requirements are met for each construction process
• Provide documented evaluation, assessments, and CQC assistance to staff and subcontractor personnel

• 7-10+ years in vertical construction experience, with 5+ years as project Quality Control Manager on projects $10-15M or greater
• In-depth understanding of all construction divisions; knowledge of construction prints, plans, procedures, scheduling, and testing
