The Finance / Sales Manager ensures that the dealership meets its unit sales quotas and gross profit objectives on a daily, monthly, and yearly basis while generating additional revenue through the sale of finance and insurance products.

• Develop monthly projections and establish unit sales, gross profit, and departmental profit objectives for the 90-day sales period.
• Sell financing, extended warranties, and aftermarket products to customers.
• Establish and maintain relationships with multiple finance sources and submit all finance deals for approval.
• Meet daily with sales staff to review results and plan activities.
• Provide on-the-job training and coaching to salespeople.
• Verify and process all paperwork including title, lien information, taxes, insurance verification, deposits, and trade payoffs.
• Ensure compliance with all company safety policies and procedures, reporting any accidents immediately.

• High school diploma or the equivalent.
• Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information.
• Degree or commensurate experience in finance.
• Knowledge of dealership finance and insurance procedures.
• Computer knowledge preferred.
• Professional personal appearance.
