• Accurately take and process orders and transactions in person or over the phone.
• Provide outstanding customer service and ensure products meet quality standards.
• Support the restaurant by performing other workstation duties and maintaining clean facilities.

• Execute credit and other monetary transactions accurately.
• Provide quality customer service through positive, professional interaction with customers in person or by phone.
• Work as part of a team, assist teammates, arrive on time for shifts, support other workstations during shifts, and complete closing duties, including cleaning.
• Operate all equipment, clean equipment and facility daily, and perform assigned workstation duties such as making quality products, preparing ingredients, and taking orders.
• Perform basic math (add, subtract, multiply, divide) accurately and quickly (may use calculator).
• Make correct monetary change.
• Use verbal, written, and telephone skills to take and process orders; coordinate eye–hand movements efficiently; enter orders using a computer keyboard or touchscreen.
• Stock ingredients in delivery area, storage, work area, and walk‑in cooler; take inventory and complete associated paperwork.

• Standing for extended periods on ceramic tile or linoleum; work surfaces 28-48 inches high.
• Walking short distances for short durations.
• Performing paperwork sitting at a desk or table.
• Lifting bulk deliveries up to 50 pounds (e.g., cases of ingredients) and stacking on shelves up to 72 inches high.
• Carrying items up to 30 pounds and trays of dough up to 12 pounds.
• Pushing or pulling dollies carrying trays 24-72 inches long requiring up to 7.5 pounds of force.
• Navigating stairs or ladders rarely to change signs or perform maintenance.
• Stooping, bending, crouching, and squatting occasionally for stocking and cleaning tasks.
• Reaching above 72 inches frequently; reaching down and forward for ingredient preparation and phone handling.
• Using hands continuously with eye–hand coordination for tasks such as dough shaping, pizza cutting, and box assembling.

Exposure to varying and sometimes adverse weather conditions when performing outside tasks; in‑store temperatures range from 36°F in cooler to 90°F or higher in some areas. Workers may encounter fumes from food odors, cornmeal dust, cramped walk‑in cooler, hot surfaces/tools up to 500°F, sharp edges, and moving mechanical parts.

Six-sense requirements include hearing for telephone communication, near and mid‑range vision for most tasks, depth perception, and ability to differentiate hot and cold surfaces.

• Must be 16 years of age or older.
• Possess basic math and problem‑solving skills.
• Must be able to work scheduled or unscheduled shifts, including nights, weekends, and emergencies.
• Must be cross‑trained to perform other workstation duties within the restaurant as needed.
• Bilingual proficiency is required in certain markets.
• Non‑exempt hourly position.
