Johnson Service Group develops programs for fabricating parts on 3, 4 and 5 axis high speed NC machines. Working from customer designs and specifications, determine machining requirements and prepare NC programs to manufacture tight tolerance parts. Maximizes machine efficiency by determining optimum cutter paths.
Level I–III responsibilities include set-up, programming complex parts, tooling design, and mentoring staff. Proficiency with Catia V5, Vericut and Mastercam is preferred.
