Position: Executive Assistant (Pre Opening)

We’re looking for an Executive Assistant who understands that true hospitality lives in the spaces between — in the follow-up, the foresight, the quiet organisation that allows everything else to flow.

This role supports our General Manager and Leadership Team. It sits at the centre of the hotel — connected to operations and, at times, guest-facing.

It requires discretion, clarity, and the kind of composure that steadies a busy day.

The Role

You will be a trusted partner to our General Manager and Leadership Team, ensuring priorities are aligned and communication moves seamlessly across the hotel.

You will also step into guest correspondence — crafting thoughtful replies, supporting VIP experiences, and assisting with service recovery follow-up. You understand that the written word carries tone. And tone shapes experience.

This is not just diary management. It’s operational awareness. Emotional intelligence. Precision.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage complex calendars, meetings, and executive priorities with confidence
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and leadership communications
  • Track key initiatives and ensure follow-through across departments
  • Support preparation for ownership meetings, audits, and strategic reviews
  • Assist with guest communication, including VIP coordination and service recovery follow-up
  • Act as a connector between Rooms Division, operations, and the Leadership Team
  • Maintain absolute discretion and professionalism
Qualifications

What You Bring

  • Experience as an Executive Assistant, ideally within hospitality or a fast-paced service environment
  • Strong written communication skills — clear, warm, and considered
  • The ability to anticipate needs before they are spoken
  • Calm under pressure, organised without rigidity
  • Emotional intelligence and confidence engaging with senior leaders and guests
  • A natural sense of hospitality — you care about how things feel
