Financial Systems Support:
Process invoices, payment requests, purchase orders, and other financial documents using Coupa and OnBase software systems;
Reconcile and track monthly expenses/revenue and Capital projects;
Prepare and process HOA and Stakeholder billings;
Assist with payroll processing and tracking payroll data;
Administrative & Communication Support:
Ensure timely vendor and stakeholder communication;
Prepare and distribute departmental reports, presentations, meeting materials, and internal communications
