The base village will include the development of multiple ski lifts, ski-in/ski-out estate lots, distinguished townhomes and chalets, and the adjoining ski lands will have an array of new ski lift and gondolas.
This luxury resort village with over 20,000 square-feet of commercial space will set the new standard for excellence among the world's alpine resorts.
Oversees and manages several offices, provides administrative support, schedules and enacts meetings and tours, administratively assists various VPs, schedules and organizes internal and external events, etc.
Essential Functions:- Perform administrative and office support activities
- Oversees office management and IT coordination
- Ensures facilities and systems are properly working
- Manages inventory and the replenishment of office and kitchen supplies
- Ensure office equipment is fully equipped to include paper and toner is sufficiently stocked
- Ensures offices are cleaned and HR notices posted
- Oversee and manage security contractor and staff parking
- Schedules various department and staff meetings, as well as manages conference rooms
- Creates staff memos and circulates HR notices
- Responds to general development questions and requests for information
- Arranges, inputs, and manages Utah's internal properties' lodging for staff and vendors
- Organizes staff functions
- Compiles credit cards reconciliations
- Aids with staff travels; e.g., bookings, expenses, etc.
- Picks up mail from post office, and creates labels and ships Fed Ex and USPS packages
- Tours EB5 prospects
- Assist with administrative task, reports, and special projects
- Performs any additional duties assigned by manager
- High school diploma required;
Associates degree preferred - Minimum of 2-5 years' experience in comparable position
- Proficient computer skills and in-depth knowledge of relevant software such as MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Knowledge of standard office administrative practices and procedures
- Basic knowledge on how to operate standard office equipment as copier, stamp machine, etc.
