Client Relationship Manager, Business Development, Customer Success Mgr./ CSM
While most enrollment positions emphasize throughput, this role is designed to safeguard quality and fit.
Alpha is developing one of the world's most forward-thinking educational models. Our campuses integrate demanding academics, technology-driven instruction, and elevated expectations for both learners and educators. Students routinely exceed national learning benchmarks—validated by measurable outcomes.
Afternoon hours are reserved for deeper exploration, autonomous work, and practical skill development. The model delivers results. However, success depends entirely on enrolling families who are genuinely aligned. That responsibility falls to you.
You will manage the complete admissions process for a campus, spanning initial application to final enrollment. This is not a role where you hand off responsibility. You own how families perceive us, how well they grasp the model's demands, and whether enrollment choices are driven by the right motivations. You will evaluate compatibility, facilitate meaningful dialogue, and advise against enrollment when appropriate.
The objective is not filling seats. The objective is securing the right match.
We welcome applicants from elite service backgrounds outside conventional education: independent schools, competitive programs, upscale hospitality, executive assistance, high-end membership organizations, or entrepreneurial leaders who have directly overseen premium client experiences from start to finish. What counts is your capacity to execute a detailed, phased engagement with sound judgment, transparency, and accountability. If your career has centered on delivering exceptional service where trust, professionalism, and experience quality are brand-defining, this role will resonate.
Apply now to apply that discipline to meaningful work.
