The Foreman is a critical member of our field leadership team, responsible for day-to-day site operations, ensuring projects meet our standards for quality, safety, and schedule adherence. This is a full‑time, onsite role requiring hands‑on leadership and collaboration with project managers and superintendents.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee and coordinate all on‑site activities, including safety, logistics, and quality control.
- Supervise trades, subcontractors, and laborers to achieve project goals.
- Interpret and enforce construction plans, specifications, and building codes.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site in compliance with OSHA and company policies.
- Provide training and mentorship to field staff, fostering a culture of craftsmanship.
- Communicate progress and resolve challenges with project managers and superintendents.
- Assist with site layout, material deliveries, and equipment coordination.
- Serve as the primary on‑site contact for subcontractors, vendors, and clients.
- High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or construction‑related degree preferred.
- 3–5 years of experience in high‑end residential, resort, or commercial construction.
- Previous supervisory or lead role experience required.
- Strong knowledge of construction techniques, building codes, and safety regulations.
- OSHA 10 or 30 certification preferred.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction documents.
- Comfortable with technology (tablets, smartphones, construction software).
