We are looking for a luxury residential superintendent for the Park City area to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have:- A proven track record managing complex, high-value projects and ensuring flawless execution from start to finish.
- Strong experience in structural steel.
- Strong experience understanding structural drawings.
- Supervise all on-site construction activities for large-scale luxury homes.
- Coordinate with architects, designers, and subcontractors to maintain quality and timelines.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and building codes.
- Manage scheduling, inspections, and problem-solving for technical challenges.
- 10+ years of experience in high-end residential construction.
- Expertise in steel structures, concrete work, and advanced lighting systems.
- Demonstrated success managing projects of $7M–$25M and 10,000+ sq. ft. homes.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Proficient with Job Trend, MS 360, Bluebeam; AI understanding and excitement for a huge plus.
