Salary: $110,000 - $135,000 per year

Job Details

The Project Manager is responsible for managing the daily construction process of high‑end luxury homes from permit approval through job completion and delivery to the Owner. Responsibilities include generating and updating project schedules, coordinating trade partners, materials, equipment, ensuring selections and specifications are strictly followed, maintaining quality standards and staying within budget. The Project Manager will also call and prepare for municipal inspections, manage quality control, job site safety, stormwater management, and warranty through the first year of delivery, while providing schedule and photo updates to the Owner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee and schedule all trade partners and on‑site personnel.
  • Ensure daily productivity of labor, materials, and equipment.
  • Conduct daily site walks and maintain an active punch list.
  • Perform quality control checks at each construction phase.
  • Maintain daily logs and photo documentation.
  • Manage task completions in Builder Trend for A/P processing.
  • Document and resolve safety, environmental, and compliance issues.
  • Coordinate inspections and ensure readiness.
  • Maintain a clean, organized job site.
  • Run multiple high‑end residential projects concurrently.
  • Support budgeting, bidding, and subcontractor awards.
  • Enforce safety protocols and maintain SDS files.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Bachelor’s in Construction Management or 5+ years in luxury residential construction.
  • Strong knowledge of building codes, construction practices, and blueprint reading.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office;
    Builder Trend experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and customer service skills.
  • Strong planning, organization, and time‑management abilities.
  • Team‑oriented with a focus on quality, safety, and professionalism.
  • Dependable, accountable, and committed to project success.
