We are looking for a luxury residential superintendent for the Park City area to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have:

• A proven track record managing complex, high‑value projects and ensuring flawless execution from start to finish.
• Strong experience in STRUCTURAL STEEL
• Strong experience understanding structural drawings

• Supervise all on‑site construction activities for large‑scale luxury homes.
• Coordinate with architects, designers, and subcontractors to maintain quality and timelines.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and building codes.
• Manage scheduling, inspections, and problem‑solving for technical challenges.

• 10+ years of experience in high‑end residential construction.
• Expertise in steel structures, concrete work, and advanced lighting systems.
• Demonstrated success managing projects of $7M–$25M and 10,000+ sq. ft. homes.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Software - Job Trend, MS 360, Bluebeam - AI understanding (and excitement for) a HUGE plus
