Build More Than Buildings. Build Relationships.Air Capitol Construction is seeking an experienced Estimating Engineer for commercial and industrial Pre-Engineered Metal Building (PEMB) projects in Wichita and the surrounding area.
Minimum Qualifications (Required)- Bachelor's degree in Construction Science or Construction Management
- 3-7 years of commercial construction estimating or preconstruction experience
- Experience preparing quality takeoffs and detailed cost estimates
- Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, civil, and MEP drawings
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Experience estimating Pre-Engineered Metal Buildings (PEMB)
- Design-Build project experience
- Knowledge of conceptual estimating and value engineering
- Experience with Sage
$65,000-$90,000 annually, based on experience
