Woodward Park City is looking for
** Winter Lift Operators
** to help keep our lifts running safely and our guests moving smoothly all season long. This outdoor, guest-facing role supports lift operations, assists guests with loading and unloading, and helps maintain safe, organized lift areas.

* Operate chairlifts and surface lifts safely while following company procedures, training protocols, and safety standards.
* Assist guests with loading and unloading, including first-time or less experienced riders.
* Monitor lift areas, manage lines, and communicate safety or operational concerns.
* Support snow removal, lift-area cleanliness, equipment organization, and daily opening or closing tasks.
* Work closely with Lift Operations, Lift Maintenance, and other departments to support smooth daily operations.# # What We’re Looking For
* Must be 18 years of age or older.
* Comfortable working outdoors in winter conditions for extended periods.
* Dependable, safety-minded, and able to stay alert in a fast-paced mountain environment.
* Friendly communicator who enjoys helping guests of all ages and experience levels.
* Skiing or snowboarding ability is preferred, but not required.# #

Physical Requirements
* Ability to bend, twist, push, pull, and stand for extended periods of time.
* Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
* Comfortable working in an outdoor environment.# # Schedule
* Winter seasonal position with full-time and part-time opportunities.
* Working weekends, holidays, evenings, and seasonal peak periods as needed.
* Schedule may vary based on business needs and weather conditions.# # Employment Requirements
* A criminal background check will be conducted after the position is accepted.
* Must follow all Woodward Park City policies, procedures, safety standards, and guest service expectations.
