The Lanscape Architect is responsible for implementing the best practices and developing processes across the organization. The key fundamentals of this role include formulating strategy, improving performance, managing resources, and ensuring compliance. This is a leadership role that will mentor team members, field team performance service, and implement best practices across organizational verticals. The successful candidate will possess a depth of experience that helps excel in the areas of compliance, efficiency, and profitability in a cross-functional approach to business growth.
Responsibilities- Design and create landscape plans for residential, commercial, and public spaces
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and preferences
- Conduct site analysis to assess environmental factors and determine feasibility of projects
- Select appropriate plants, materials, and hardscape elements for each project
- Create detailed drawings and specifications using software such as AutoCAD and Civil 3D
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met
- Oversee the installation of landscape projects, including coordinating with contractors and suppliers
- Provide ongoing maintenance recommendations to clients
- Bachelor s degree in Landscape Architecture or related field
- Proven experience in landscape design and project management
- Proficiency in design software such as Rhinoceros 3D, AutoCAD, and Civil 3D
- Strong knowledge of plants, hardscape materials, and landscape construction techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with clients, contractors, and team members
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong problem-solving skills to address design challenges and find creative solutions

$60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
Schedule- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
