Adult & Continuing Education, English Teacher / ESL TEFL
One part-time position 32 hours per week to work Monday through Thursday 10:30 am – 7:00 pm.
ResponsibilitiesOversee the daily operations of the district's adult education program; ensure high-quality services for adult learners pursuing English language acquisition, high school completion, GED preparation, workforce readiness, and postsecondary transition goals; coordinate student enrollment, assessment, instruction, data management, testing services, and community partnerships; and provide direct instruction in GED preparation and English as a Second Language (ESL) classes.
RequirementsBachelor's degree in Education, Adult Education, ESL, Educational Leadership, or a closely related field is required; teaching license preferred.
CompensationSalary based on the Education Support Professional Salary
Schedule:
$38.30 – $53.61 per hour starting hourly rate (salary placement is based on related experience), plus insurance and retirement benefits.
