Job Title: Biomedical Engineer / Aesthetic Laser Technician
Location: Onsite in Jeremy Ranch, Park City, UT
Relocation: Available.
Job OverviewMRP is seeking an experienced Biomedical Engineer / Laser Technician to join our Park City, Utah team. In this role, you will diagnose, repair, and maintain equipment both on‑site and remotely. You will install, modify, and repair laser and energy‑based devices, deepen your understanding of the aesthetics industry, and apply your technical skills to help disrupt an outdated industry.
Job Responsibilities- Diagnose, repair, and perform preventative maintenance on aesthetic laser equipment to ensure it operates safely and efficiently.
- Operate basic electronic and laser test equipment such as oscilloscopes, multimeters, and Ophir energy meters.
- Troubleshoot technical issues both remotely and on‑site, providing solutions that minimize downtime and disruption to the client.
- Execute technical tasks involved in installing, modifying, and repairing laser and energy based devices.
- Maintain detailed records of service activities, including issues, repairs, and maintenance performed.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and explain complex technical information clearly and understandably.
- Be willing to travel to client sites and accommodate their schedules when applicable.
- Collaborate with internal teams to provide technical insights and improve customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on industry developments, trends, and safety regulations to ensure compliance and high‑quality service.
- Associate’s degree in laser, electronics, or related field preferred.
- Basic skills in mechanical assembly and handling of light equipment.
- Proficiency in using maintenance management systems and other relevant software.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Competitive salary ranging from $80,000 - $120,000.
