Senior Metallurgical/Chemical Lab Technician
Insight Global is seeking a Senior Metallurgical/Chemical Lab Technician for a leading aerospace manufacturing client in the greater Salt Lake City, Utah area. This individual will serve as the subject matter expert within the Chemical & Metallurgical Laboratory, supporting aerospace gearboxes, transmission systems, and other critical flight components. The ideal candidate will bring a strong metallurgical or materials engineering background with hands-on expertise in heat treatment, metals analysis, material classification, hardness testing, and special process compliance.
The pay range for this position is $100,000-$120,000, depending on a variety of factors including years of relevant experience, technical expertise, education, certifications, market conditions, and overall alignment with the role's requirements. Candidates with specialized skills or extensive industry experience may be considered at the higher end of the range.
