Scorekeepers operate the game clock and are responsible for recording game information during Park City Hockey League games.

• Operating the game clock including game times, penalties and scoring.
• Score sheet preparation and recording all game statistics.
• Prior to the start of the game, the scorekeeper reviews the team rosters with a team representative, the Captain, for jersey number accuracy and attendance.
• Scorekeeper ensures timeliness of the game and ensures only rostered players participate.

• Knowledge and experience with the game of ice hockey.
• The employee is required to communicate information and ideas clearly, both verbally and in writing.
• Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus in order to monitor the game.
• Considerable exposure to stressful situations while working with community members.
• The noise level in the work environment varies from low to moderate.
• Occasional non-traditional working hours which may include evening, weekends, and holidays.
