Escrow Assistant

Location:

Park City, UT

Schedule:

Full‑time, office based 5 days per week

• Assist in the escrow process, including opening orders, inputting closing statement information, preparing documents for closing, and handling disbursement and follow‑up
• Communicate regularly with customers during the escrow process flow
• Interpret various agreements as they relate to escrow closings
• Work with a variety of technologies to enable escrow transactions and ensure a high‑quality customer experience

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2+ years of escrow‑related experience preferred
• Passion for helping customers while maintaining a professional and positive attitude
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with internal teams and external customers
• Problem‑solving ability, strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a natural curiosity with eagerness to learn
• Ability to thrive as part of a team and contribute to exceeding customer expectations
• Knowledge of MS Office suite and ability to quickly adapt to new software applications and technologies

Hourly: $18.46 – $24.63
