To provide prompt, courteous service to guests and familiarize all incoming guests to the Chateaux. Establish high standards of conduct to maintain a professional image to our guests. Must be able to stand and walk for extended period of times and lift at least 50lbs. Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

• Be fully aware of daily functions in the hotel. Knowledgeable of surrounding area’s attractions and points of interests.
• Assist guests at check‑in and checkout. Tag, store, and distribute baggage.
• Orient guests to the Chateaux and facilities.
• Show rooms and property to visitors.
• Delivery of items such as messages, packages, and flowers to the rooms as needed.
• Maintain a clean, neat, and professional work area
• Demonstrate an outgoing and pleasant attitude with all the guests and employees.
• Take all necessary measures to help the guests and fellow employees.

• High school diploma preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively.
• Has and enthusiastic willingness to work together with a team.
• Ability to work flexible hours (days, evenings, weekends, and holidays).
• Valid Driver’s License with clean driving history.
