Located on the traditional lands of the Osoyoos Indian Band, in the town of Osoyoos, working at Spirit Ridge Resort is a very fun opportunity to be in the heart of the South Okanagan. As our Resort Guest Services Agents you are the nerve center of our hotel/resort operations responsible for creating a memorable guest experience with helpful and welcoming service while creating the first and last impression for our guests. As a Resort Guest Services Agent this position is responsible for guest arrival and departure experience, processing payments and completing guest transactions to ensure guest satisfaction is met and exceeded.
Resort Guest Service Agents must be able to work in a busy/hectic environment and stand for their shifts.

- Front desk experience preferred but solid customer service experience is accepted
