Summary:

Ensure all guest requests are met in a timely and sufficient manner; information agent for area activities/events. A concierge must apply patience, tact, and resourcefulness in meeting the many and varied demands of our guests.

Essential Functions:

• Welcome guests sincerely and make their stay as enjoyable as possible.
• Effectively and seriously deal with guest complaints.
• Serve as information agent for hotel guests and handle their needs in a timely and efficient manner.
• Knowledge of the Park City and surrounding area and points of interest.
• Make and confirm dining reservations for all hotel guests.
• Maintain communication with all Hotel departments.
• Demonstrate a friendly, professional attitude with all guests as well as fellow employees.
• Acknowledge owners and previous guests as appropriately as possible.
