Engineering Supervisor

Waldorf Astoria is looking for an Engineering Supervisor to join the team in Park City!

With 150 rooms, 4,000 square feet of banquet space, and 3 food and beverage outlets, this award‑winning Forbes 4‑Star boutique property offers elevated comfort food inspired by mountain regions from around the world. This includes a 3‑meal restaurant, seasonal pool restaurant, and in‑room dining.

• Classification:
  Full‑Time
• Shift: Various – must have availability to work weekends, weekdays, and holidays.

• Supervise and perform Property Operations Engineer duties to maintain the functionality and safety of the facility, including, but not limited to, physical buildings, mechanical equipment, electrical systems, heating and cooling systems, life safety systems and grounds according to federal, state and local regulations.
• Respond to guest and team member inquiries, requests and concerns in a timely, friendly and efficient manner.
• Respond to emergency situations according to standards and guidelines.
• Assist in monitoring and developing team member performance to include, but not limited to, providing supervision, scheduling, conducting evaluations, training and delivering recognition and reward.
• Coordinate maintenance operations, as needed.
• Other duties as assigned by Supervisor.
• Assume responsibilities of shop foreman and other Supervisors in their absence.
