Summary

The Revenue Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the Revenue Management and Reservations functions of the hotel. This position is responsible for assisting with revenue optimization activities, managing reservation processes, maintaining data accuracy across distribution channels, and ensuring effective communication between commercial departments to drive business results.

Key Responsibilities

Support the Revenue Manager in implementing revenue optimization strategies to maximize occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, and overall hotel profitability.

Monitor daily pick-up, booking pace, occupancy trends, competitor pricing, and market demand to identify revenue opportunities.

Assist with rate loading, inventory management, restriction updates, and distribution channel maintenance across all systems.

Maintain rate parity and ensure accurate room inventory and pricing across OTA, GDS, brand website, and other distribution channels.

Generate, analyze, and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly revenue and reservations reports.

Assist in preparing forecasts, budgets, business reviews, and performance analysis reports.

Monitor reservation trends and booking patterns, providing insights and recommendations to support commercial decision-making.

Process, modify, and manage individual, corporate, wholesale, and group reservations accurately and efficiently.

Respond to reservation inquiries via phone, email, and online channels in a timely and professional manner.

Ensure all reservations, guest profiles, market segments, and rate codes are maintained accurately within the Property Management System (PMS).

Handle reservation changes, cancellations, special requests, and room allocation requirements while maintaining Hyatt service standards.

Work closely with Revenue, Sales, Front Office, and Reservations teams to optimize inventory and maximize revenue opportunities.

Support rooming list management, group block maintenance, and coordination of group reservations with Sales and Events teams.

Conduct regular audits of reservation and revenue systems to ensure data accuracy and compliance.

Assist in managing overbooking situations, inventory controls, and room availability strategies.

Maintain strong knowledge of PMS, CRS, RMS, and channel management systems.

Provide administrative support to the Revenue and Reservations Department, including filing, documentation, meeting preparation, and system updates.

Stay informed of market trends, competitor activities, and industry best practices to support revenue growth initiatives.

Ensure all activities are conducted in accordance with Hyatt policies, procedures, and brand standards.

Qualifications

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.

Previous experience in Revenue Management, Reservations, Front Office, or Hotel Operations preferred.

Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.

Experience with hotel PMS, CRS, RMS, and channel management systems is an advantage.

Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Commercially minded with a proactive and guest-focused approach.

Fluency in English; additional language skills are an advantage.
