Hotel Park City is seeking a detailed and service-driven Front Desk Manager to lead the guest services team and coordinate daily activities across Front Desk Attendants, Drivers, Bell Attendants, Telephone Operators, and Night Auditors.
You will ensure efficient, professional, and friendly guest interactions, resolve issues promptly, and monitor guest satisfaction to maximize positive feedback and hotel profitability. Knowledge of Opera PMS and Marriott platforms is preferred.
