Client Success Manager – Luxury Vacation Rentals

Base Salary: $48,000–$60,000 + large bonus and commission

A luxury vacation rental management company known for excellence and personal service based in Park City is seeking a Client Success Manager to ensure homeowner satisfaction and retention. About the Role

As a Client Success Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for homeowners, ensuring they feel valued, informed, and confident in their partnership with us. You will support the onboarding process, proactively manage communications, and handle day-to-day questions and needs with care and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as the main point of contact for a portfolio of homeowner clients

Assist homeowners through the onboarding process with professionalism and warmth

Proactively communicate performance updates and property care plans

Troubleshoot and resolve client concerns promptly and effectively

Partner with internal operations and guest services teams to ensure a seamless experience

Foster trust and long-term relationships with homeowners, ensuring satisfaction and retention

Contribute ideas for process improvements and client experience enhancements

What We’re Looking For

Experience in account management, client success, hospitality, or property management

Strong communication and relationship-building skills

A proactive mindset with attention to detail and follow-through

Ability to problem-solve and manage multiple priorities efficiently

Familiarity with vacation rental management, hospitality, or real estate is a plus

A commitment to providing exceptional service in every client interaction

Base Salary: $48,000–$60,000, plus bonus and commission
