Room Attendant – Clean, prepare, and maintain guest rooms, ensuring a welcoming environment for guests.
- Clean and tidy guest rooms, including making beds, vacuuming, dusting, and replenishing amenities.
- Inspect and report any maintenance issues or damages in guest rooms to ensure prompt resolution.
- Ensure compliance with hotel cleanliness standards and policies in all assigned areas.
- Restock and maintain inventory of guest room supplies such as toiletries, linens, and towels.
- Provide excellent customer service by responding to guest requests and ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
- One‑year housekeeping experience.
- Able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, according to department needs.
- Prior experience in a luxury hotel preferred.
- Bi‑lingual preferred.
