What We’re Looking For
  • Licensed & Seasoned:
    Active P&C; 5+ yrs in auto or related sales, 3+ leading teams.
  • Process Champion:
    You run a crisp, repeatable sales operation at volume.
  • Talent Builder:
    Hire, level up, and keep producers producing.
  • Culture + Accountability:
    High bar, high fun, high follow-through.
  • Data-Driven Tools: CRM, comparative raters, automation—if it tracks, you use it.
  • Clear & Direct:
    Sets expectations, rallies the room, celebrates the win.
  • Bonus Points for insurtech/digital agency experience; bilingual English/Spanish
  • Estimated Travel: 5% - Sometimes we like to get together to map the future and celebrate our wins.
