Senior Rust Engineer

Motion Metrics Ltd, a Dublin-based digital agency, is seeking a Senior Rust Engineer to design and build high-performance backend services powering analytics, UX optimization, and marketing technology solutions for well-known brands. You will architect and implement scalable Rust services, data processing pipelines, and robust APIs, optimizing for performance, reliability, and observability in production. Working in a collaborative, innovative culture, you'll partner closely with UX, analytics, and Mar Tech specialists, contribute to technical direction, and mentor engineers.
