Logistics is a critical part of that trajectory. Every shipment plays a role in protecting trust, reducing downtime, and ensuring providers receive the right equipment, on time, and fully compliant.

What You’ll Do:
  • Coordinate and manage shipping logistics for medical aesthetic devices, consumables, and accessories
  • Track, trace, and troubleshoot shipments with a proactive mindset, especially high-priority or time-sensitive orders
  • Interface daily with our sales team, fulfillment partners, and customers to ensure seamless communication and delivery execution
  • Maintain accuracy in shipment records, inventory tracking, and product flow
  • Identify and recommend cost‑saving opportunities in freight and fulfillment operations
  • Support logistics process improvements as the company scales—build playbooks, optimize workflows, and document procedures
  • Expect to help the team hit critical timelines, manage launches, and handle urgent issues
What We’re Looking For:
  • 1-3 years of logistics experience
  • Proficiency with inventory and order management systems
  • Excellent communication skills—you’re clear, responsive, and professional under pressure
  • Proven ability to juggle multiple priorities and remain detail‑oriented in a fast‑moving environment
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with a self-starter mentality
  • Willingness to be on call for early, late, or weekend shipment coverages.
  • Communicative forward thinker, willing to ask questions and communicate issues with the team as appropriate.
