Main & Sky is looking for a dependable Hotel Maintenance Engineer. The Hotel Maintenance Engineer is responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation, maintenance, and repair of the hotel's facilities, equipment, and systems. This role plays a key part in providing guests with a safe, comfortable, and high‑quality experience by maintaining the hotel's physical assets to brand and safety standards.

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on guest rooms, public areas, back‑of‑house spaces, and building systems
• Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical systems
• Conduct preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and extend the life of equipment and facilities
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and guest service calls
• Maintain the property's tools, equipment, and maintenance inventory
• Assist in monitoring energy usage and implementing conservation measures
• Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental standards and regulations
• Support special projects, renovations, and emergency repairs as required
• Collaborate with housekeeping, front desk, and other departments to address maintenance issues efficiently
• Maintain detailed records of work performed, parts used, and maintenance logs

• High school diploma or equivalent required; technical or vocational training in engineering, maintenance, or a related field preferred
• 2+ years of experience in building or facility maintenance, preferably in a hotel or hospitality environment
• Working knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical systems
• Ability to read blueprints, diagrams, and equipment manuals
• Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks
• Must be available for on‑call shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
