Job SummaryThe Engineer Technician III will provide efficient service while responding to guest requests, troubleshoot and resolve technical problems, and conduct routine maintenance throughout the property.
Essential Functions- Advanced skills in the following trades and/or one specialized skill: plumbing, HVAC, electrical, mechanical, carpentry, kitchen equipment repair, construction and pool/spa engineering
- Responds to guest room calls as required
- Provides technical support to staff
- Maintains building systems
- Provides preventative engineering to various equipment
- Assigned to various projects
- Maintains essential stock inventories
- Performs other related work as assigned
- Completes work order reports
- Must be able to lift, push and pull 50 pounds
- Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods of time
- Must be able to read and understand blueprints and schematics
- Interacts with front and back of house personnel
- Snow removal
