We are looking for a Maintenance Technician to join the Engineer Team in Park City. With 150 rooms, 4,000 square feet of banquet space, and 3 food and beverage outlets, this award‑winning Forbes 4‑Star boutique property offers elevated comfort food inspired by mountain regions from around the world. This includes a 3‑meal restaurant, seasonal pool restaurant, and in‑room dining.

• Classification:
  Full‑time
• Shift: Must be available to work AM and PM shifts depending on department needs. Must be available to work weekdays, weekends, and holidays.
• Pay Rate: $22.50 per hour plus full‑time benefits

• Maintain the physical functionality and safety of the facility including guest rooms, public space and heart‑of‑the‑house areas.
• Respond to guest calls and team member work orders in a timely, friendly and efficient manner to assess and repair non‑functioning machinery and/or equipment.
• Perform a variety of repair and maintenance tasks including carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, painting, HVAC work and masonry.
• Conduct inspections for preventive maintenance needs.
• Record and report completed repairs and items that require further attention.
