Overnight – 11 PM to 7:30 AM

$24.50 per hour plus full‑time benefits.

• Maintain the physical functionality and safety of the property including guest rooms, public spaces, and house‑of‑the‑house areas.
• Respond to guest calls and work orders promptly, friendly, and efficiently to repair non‑functioning machinery or equipment.
• Perform repair and maintenance tasks, including carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, painting, HVAC work, and masonry.
• Conduct inspections for preventive maintenance needs.
• Record and report completed repairs and items that require further attention.
