The Water Features Technician is responsible for maintenance and repair of resort water features. Job duties include maintenance and repairs of pools and spas and associated electro‑mechanical and water‑hydraulic systems. Must be knowledgeable in pool/spa water chemistry, OSHA standards for chemical use and local health regulations for pools/spas. All positions may perform additional duties as assigned that may be outside of the normal scope of duties based on business needs.

• High school or equivalent education required, technical degree preferred.
• One to two years’ experience in a luxury hotel preferred.
• Two to three years’ experience in maintenance.
• Must be CPO certified.
• Strong emphasis in customer service.
• Exceptional guest recovery skills.
• Must possess a positive attitude.
• Must be willing to participate in a learning environment.
• Must integrate company values throughout all interactions.
• Must be dependable and available to work within the resort on weekends, nights and/or holidays based on business demands.

Position requires walking and standing most of the working day; must be able to stand and exert well‑paced mobility for up to 6 hours in length. Must be able to bend, stoop, squat and stretch to fulfill tasks. Requires manual dexterity, grasping, writing, standing, sitting, walking, repetitive motions, bending, and climbing.
