Your Role as an Assistant Manager:As the Assistant Manager, you will oversee the operations of one of our stores, including hiring, managing, and directing associates to achieve financial goals while ensuring exceptional guest experiences. Your leadership will be vital to your store’s success, and you’ll receive 3 or more weeks of comprehensive leadership training to prepare you for this exciting role.

DesiredSkills and Experience:
- High school diploma required
- Willingness to work in stores within a 50‑mile radius
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends
- Food Safety:
Serve Safe certified
This role involves working in a fast‑paced kitchen environment where temperatures can be high, and the noise levels are significant. You should be prepared for physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs, preparing hot and cold foods, and using kitchen equipment efficiently. Strong communication skills and the ability to manage a dynamic work environment with changing priorities are essential.
