Park City Magazine is seeking an accomplishedsales profession alto lead revenue growth across our high-impact print, digital, and custom marketing platforms. This is a senior, highly visible role for a strategic sales professional with a proven history of innovative media sales success and a passion for building influential client relationships.
The ideal candidate is both a big-picture strategist and a hands-on seller who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You will raise the profile of Park City Magazine’s premium media solutions while managing key accounts, developing new business, and collaborating withthe editorial, design, and production teams toproduce theregion’s most popular lifestyle magazine.
Key Responsibilities- Drive revenue growth through integrated marketing solutions spanning print, digital, sponsored content, social media, and custom programs.
- Manage and grow a portfolio of national and regional accounts while actively prospecting new business.
- Develop and execute short- and long-term sales strategies to meet ambitious revenue targets.
- Create compelling, insight-driven sales presentations tailored to client goals and market opportunities.
- Build meaningful relationships with advertisers, agency partners, and community leaders that reflect the brand’s values and influence.
- Collaborate closely with editorial, circulation, marketing, and publisher teams to capitalize on content-driven revenue opportunities.
- Track performance and report sales activity using CRM tools.
- 5+ years of media sales experience with a consistent record of exceeding goals.
- Deep understanding of digital media, integrated marketing, and evolving advertising solutions.
- Strong financial acumen, leadership skills, and comfort managing multiple priorities.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
- Extensive knowledge of the Park City region, residency in Park City or Salt Lake City, UT preferred. Ability to meet with clients in-market is required.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Officerequired,experience with
Jira,Slack and AI tools preferred. - Competitive salary +commission, range dependent on experience.
