Momentous is seeking a Science Content Manager to translate cutting‑edge research into compelling, accessible, and evidence‑based educational content that strengthens brand credibility and supports commercial growth. This role sits at the intersection of science, marketing, and product—transforming complex research into consumer‑friendly storytelling that builds trust, supports product launches, and reinforces Momentous’ premium positioning.
Reporting to the Brand and/or Marketing leadership team, this individual will partner cross‑functionally with Marketing, Product, and Regulatory to ensure all scientific messaging is accurate, compliant, and aligned with current research and brand standards.
Responsibilities Scientific Content Creation- Produce approximately one long‑form blog per month translating peer‑reviewed research into clear, consumer‑friendly education.
- Describe ingredient mechanisms and how they function in the body.
- Explain the science behind product formulations.
- Outline benefits, use cases, and practical applications.
- Highlight emerging research in performance, recovery, health, and longevity.
- Ensure all content is scientifically rigorous, evidence‑based, and aligned with current consensus.
- Partner with Marketing and Product teams to support launches with science‑backed storytelling.
- Develop website blogs and social content.
- Provide scientific input on messaging and claims to ensure clarity, credibility, and compliance.
- Translate science for customers, simplifying complex research without sacrificing accuracy.
- Write in an authoritative yet approachable tone, educational but not academic, aligned with Momentous’ premium, trustworthy brand voice.
- Use analogies, examples, and clear frameworks to enhance understanding and engagement.
- Review and cite peer‑reviewed literature to substantiate claims and narratives.
- Stay current on emerging research, trends, and developments in nutrition, supplementation, and human performance.
- Identify outdated or unsupported claims and recommend evidence‑based alternatives.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Regulatory teams to align content with launch timelines and priorities.
- Participate in briefing calls to align on positioning, audience needs, and messaging strategy.
- Incorporate feedback efficiently while maintaining scientific accuracy and integrity.
- Ensure all content aligns with regulatory and compliance guidelines (FTC, FDA, DSHEA as applicable).
- Support substantiation of marketing claims through transparent explanation of evidence, context, and limitations.
- Consumers view Momentous as a trusted authority in human performance science.
