* Job Summary:

** The Maintenance Ground keeper is responsible for maintaining the outdoor grounds of Zion Mountain Ranch, ensuring a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for guests and employees. This position involves a variety of cleaning and landscaping tasks, utilizing various tools and equipment while adhering to safety and environmental standards.##

* Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

** Custodial duties are performed for litter pick-up and a clean, neat, sanitized grounds, sidewalks, and company vehicles.

Help maintain grounds by performing tasks such as:

Raking, blowing, push mowing, tree trimming, edging, Mulching, planting, seeding, sodding, Aerification and general cleanup duties General cleanup duties and dumping of filled trash bins Communicates positively with management, staff and visitors to facilitate and nurture a healthy, comfortable, clean, and fun experience. Perform various landscaping duties including but not limited to pulling weeds, watering trees, pruning, raking, and dirt work, ##

Experience:

** Ability to adapt to changing work conditions. Ability to work cooperatively in a team environment. Ability to lift, push, pull a minimum of 70 lbs. Ability to stand, walk, stoop, knee, crouch, reach for an extended period of time. Ability to bend at the waist and performance

Ability to perform tasks independently with minimal oversite.
