Overview

Stein Eriksen Lodge: an authentic European lodge nestled mid-mountain at the acclaimed Deer Valley Resort in Park City, Utah. Named after Norwegian Olympic Gold Medal skier Stein Eriksen, the Lodge is known as a premiere year-round destination.

Provides beverages for full‑service bar and beverages for Restaurant guests. Maintains proper pars (liquor and wine) and is able to produce beverages and service in a quality‑focused environment. Job requires food service responsibilities as well. Must be able to stand/walk for extended periods of time. Must be able to lift, push and pull up to 50 pounds.

• Knowledge of mixed drinks and wines
• Knowledge of imported and domestic beers
• Good organizational and communication skills
• Follows all Beverage Service and State Guidelines
• Other duties as assigned by Food and Beverage Manager

• Experience in a full‑service, high‑volume bar
• Must be 21 years old and “tips” certified
• Enjoy working with the public
• Food Handler Permit
