Assistant Part Time Baker

We are looking for a skilled, reliable Part-Time Baker to join our team at Dee Licious Park City. This is a creative and high-impact role where you will be responsible for two main priorities: keeping our café bakery case looking (and tasting) incredible and assisting with high-end desserts and pastries for our busy catering wing.

The Café Case: Execute daily bakes of muffins, cookies, scones, and signature pastries to ensure our display is fully stocked and visually stunning for the morning rush.

Catering & Events: Prep and plate elegant desserts for various catering events, ranging from intimate dinners to large-scale mountain weddings.

Quality Control: Maintain high standards for flavor and presentation, ensuring every item meets the "Dee Licious" brand standard.

Kitchen Management: Assist with ingredient prep, inventory tracking for baking supplies, and maintaining a clean, organized pastry station.

Experience: Previous professional baking or pastry experience is required. Experience with high-volume catering is a major plus.

Precision & Artistry: A keen eye for detail—especially when it comes to decorating and plating.

Reliability: Baking is an early-game profession; we need someone who is punctual and thrives in those productive morning hours.
