Deer Valley Café Sous Chef - Year Round

** PURPOSE OF POSITION:
** The Sous Chef will take leadership in motivating cooks, ordering, communicating with the executive chefand restaurant manager, influencing specials, controlling costs, and maintaining profitability of the Deer Valley Café.

* QUALIFICATIONS:

** Minimum of five years of experience in the culinary industry and management required

Must possess the knowledge and skills to create incredible tasting dishes, focusing on food trends and fresh local produce
