We are currently seeking a motivated and service-oriented F&B Supervisor – All Day Dining Restaurant to join our Food & Beverage Service team.

The All Day Dining Restaurant is a large-scale, high-volume outlet with approximately 220 seating capacity
, serving diverse international and local cuisines. This role requires a confident leader who thrives in fast-paced environments and is experienced in handling large guest volumes while maintaining exceptional service standards.

The F&B Supervisor – All Day Dining Restaurant is responsible for assisting the Outlet Manager in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the outlet. This includes supervising daily service, leading and motivating the team, ensuring guest satisfaction, and maintaining Hyatt’s brand standards. The role also supports training, service consistency, and operational excellence.

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years’ experience as F&B Team Leader / Captain or 1–2 years as F&B Supervisor in a hotel or high-volume restaurant, preferably with an international brand

Experience handling large seating capacity and high guest turnover is essential

Strong understanding of food & beverage service standards and sequence of service

Good knowledge of micros/POS system and basic administrative skills

Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills

Guest-focused mindset with excellent problem-solving ability

Flexible to work in shifts, weekends, and public holidays

Well-groomed with professional appearance and attitude
