* Job Summary:

** As a Retail Associate, you will provide exceptional guest service in our retail shop, helping visitors find the perfect souvenirs and outdoor essentials to enhance their experience at Zion Mountain Ranch. You will be responsible for maintaining an organized and well-stocked retail environment, processing transactions accurately, and sharing your knowledge of the park and its offerings with guests. Your friendly, welcoming demeanor will contribute to an unforgettable guest experience.

* Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

** Assist guests in selecting merchandise, such as apparel, gifts, souvenirs, and outdoor gear, ensuring they have a positive shopping experience.

Stay informed about current promotions, sales, and events, and communicate these to guests to maximize their shopping experience. Assist with opening and closing duties, such as counting the cash drawer, locking up the store, and preparing the store for the next business day.

* Must be comfortable using POS systems, handling cash, and processing transactions accurately.
* Knowledge or willingness to learn about Zion Mountain Ranch and its surrounding areas.

Ability to follow Retail and Merchandise requirements and compliance with our concessions contract. retail experience preferred but not Strong communication and customer service skills with a friendly, outgoing attitude.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently. Ability to lift and carry merchandise weighing up to 30 lbs. and stand for extended periods.
